What makes your beds 'reinforced' compared to standard frames?
Our reinforced beds are engineered with thicker steel gauges, additional support legs, and solid timber slats designed specifically to support higher weight capacities and withstand heavy use without squeaking or sagging.
How much weight can your heavy-duty beds support?
Depending on the specific model, our reinforced frames are tested to support individual weights ranging from 25 stone (158kg) up to 40 stone (254kg), or total combined weights of up to 80 stone.
Do you offer white-glove delivery and assembly services?
Yes, we offer a professional room-of-choice delivery service. During checkout, you can also opt for our expert assembly service where our team will build the bed for you and dispose of all packaging.
Are your mattresses compatible with standard bed frames?
Absolutely. While our mattresses are built with extra edge support and heavy-duty spring units, they are made to standard UK and EU sizes and will fit any quality bed frame of the same size.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it for a refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the plastic seal is broken.

Yes, all our reinforced beds and heavy-duty mattresses come with a comprehensive manufacturer's guarantee, ranging from 1 to 10 years depending on the specific product range.
